Welcome to the "Funding" section of our web site. On August 20th 2018 we decided to finally make a long standing dream come true. So right now we are in the funding stages of our business plan. We are using our website as a "Crowd Funding" site. You may also know this process as a "kick-Starter". As time goes on we will add to the site.

OUR MISSION:

It is our mission to create a business with the following goals:

1) To offer food allergy friendly foods and Services to our customers.

2) To raise funds to launch a food truck/catering business in the central Texas area.
3) To Initially launch in Catering and Food Truck services Austin, TX. and eventually add service to: Houston, TX, San Antonio, TX,Washington DC and Baltimore, MD.
4) To give back to the communities in which we serve and operate. This will be done in many ways but initially through services and charitable donations (please see the FAQ Page).
5) To have both a digital presence and a "Brick & Mortar " presence in the communities we serve.
6) To deploy innovative technologies to achieve all of the above, and have fun along the way.

We will initially start off with catering and food truck services. This will be provided to people at their place of business during breakfast and lunch meal times. The menu will include specialty beverages including: expresso, coffee, and other beverages. Healthy choices and international comfort food choices. "Imagine High quality, flavor rich food just outside your workplace." For those who already know what they want, imagine choosing and paying for your meal online so all you have to do is walk over? Using the best technology available in: food preparation, delivery, and CRM (Customer Relationship Management). we will be able to provide a high quality food experience to a wider range of patrons and businesses than what is currently done.

To Achieve our goals we need to raise $160,000.00 through "Crowd Funding".
We know to some this may seem like a lot however this is one of the reasons we chose crowd funding. Food trucks, licences and equipment are expensive and the profit margins on food related services is not huge, even when everything is open and running.
If everyone gives what is comfortable for them, then as a whole great things can be accomplished! We will update this website on a regular basis, If you have any questions please read our FAQ section or use the "Contact BaerGrillz With questions and/or requests" form to the right. Also please enjoy the articles and pictures of "Whats cooking in our kitchens". All pictures of food on this site are actual photographs of meals I have prepared unless otherwise stated directly in the description.
We do not give permission to use or copy these photographs for any purpose without explicit permission from us. Please enjoy your visit and feel free to comment or donate as you see fit. Thanks for stopping by.

Sometimes food blogs make me wish I was a Hobbit for a day...

Picture from - http://www.patheos.com/blogs/elflandletters/2016/02/25/on-food-growing-and-eating-and-hobbits/

So I was looking at all the good food in the blogs that I visit.  I was thinking to myself "This food looks so good if only there were enough meal periods in a day to get it all  lol"  Then I remembered Hobbits have 6 - 7 (Depending if you go by the book or the movie respectively) meal periods a day!!
Lets see, There is:
Breakfast - 7am.
Second breakfast - 9 am.
Elevenses - 11 am.
Lunch - 1 pm.
Afternoon tea - 3pm.
Dinner - 6 pm.
Supper - 9 pm.
So then I thought wouldn't it be nice to be a Hobbit for a day if not just for the meals..lol?

Meat Lovers pizza.- Home made (sauce, and dough from scratch)

Home made (sauce, and dough from scratch) Meat Lovers pizza.  You only get a crust like that from fresh dough!!.

Bagel, Lox, and Cream Cheese Sandwich

I feel like this is cheating (I didn't have to cook anything).  But this is one of my favorite sandwiches.

I like mines the the way I made it above.  A nice chewy bagel, Nova Scotia Lox, Philadelphia Cream cheese and a few scallions sprinkled on top of LOX.  Many people add sliced onion and tomato and capers.  I'm somewhat of a foodie "Purist" when it comes to certain flavor profiles.  So I like to let the basic 4 ingredients speak for themselves.

History:
Famous in NY however Lox’s gets its origin from Scandinavia, The Bagels history although cloudy seems to be from Poland, Although "William Lawrence" is often credited with accidentally inventing cream cheese in 1872 (Philadelphia Cream Cheese), Recopies for Cream Cheese can be found in Philadelphia Newspapers as early as 1769.  So why is this so popular and why is NYC famous for this sandwich?  Well NYC was the first place to put them all together and eat them in masses.  lol

Pizza, Seafood, Fine Dining, Shrimp Cocktail

Here are even more actual pictures of the food that I have prepared in the past/present:

"Plank-Grilled Sweet -N- Spicy Salmon with Tri-Color oven roasted new potatoes, Sauteed Brussel Sprouts W/Bacon bits."

They never give you enough shrimp on shrimp cocktail - Well I do!!  Shrimp Cocktail (home made cocktail sauce of course), Champagne and Strawberries for two.

So a lot of people dress up their burger with jalapenos and call it a "Texas" burger. I say you got to start with Texas from the inside out!!  You need to have the "Three B's"  To get the true Texas spirit in a burger.  Big, Bold & Brisket!  Lets start with a Half pound of USDA Prime Ground Brisket!! Then top it off with some avocado in addition to the traditional lettuce onions pickle and mayo.

Thai anyone?  Ramen bowl with pork, veggies, chicken broth, scallions and top it off with some mint and a piece of Nori to make it pretty.

Steak Texas style - Smoked "Tomahawk" Steak (Just to give you an idea of the scale of this monster..that is not a regular plate it is sitting on, it is a Turkey Platter!! The platter is about as long as the width of a kitchen chair) with Truffled Mashed Potatoes and Asparagus with lemon sauce!
Collards, Arroz Con Gondules & "Pernil" Drippings on the end bowl.

Smoked Baby Back Ribs with Mashed Potatoes and broccoli w\cheese sauce.

"Pernil" Marinated for Two Days then Oven Roasted Low and Slow - Need I say more?

Home made (sauce, and dough from scratch) Meat Lovers pizza.

Nice Simple Texas style Brisket spread for an event.
